This course provides foundation and conceptual framework of project stakeholders management. The discussion will begin with the introduction of project stakeholders management and its functioins in the world in promoting the area of project management. In this relation, Project Management Institute (PMI) will be introduced to the students as recognized and professional institution for project management. Issues pertaining to PMI credentials, Core values, Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and Knowledge Areas among the topics to be discussed.
